This is a full team effort and win for the brothers of the Epsilon Beta Sigma Chapter of #PhiBetaSigma Fraternity, now the largest chapter in the Great Lakes Region. Every brother in our chapter deserves a huge amount of credit and gratitude as our chapter has experienced not only historic and unprecedented growth, but retention as well. #GOMAB

I just wanted to take a quick moment to congratulate your entire leadership team on reaching the Sapphire membership level for 2020. My official count for you is 101, with the final processing of your 3 newest members.
You guys executed on chapter retention, with 86% of members financial last year also financial this year. You executed on retention of collegiates, getting them transferred into the alumni chapter. You executed on reactivation. And you executed on new member intake.
The best part is that these are not just numbers. That level of retention of active members, transition of collegiates, and recruitment of new members are all indicators of the quality of the existing membership in the chapter. That means active brothers were engaged and bought into the vision, strategy, and brotherhood of the chapter. Graduating collegiates felt they would be comfortable and welcomed. Prospective members saw a chapter of guys with whom they would be proud to associate. Those are quality indicators!
